The best part of my job has been helping buyers find their dream home in coastal Maine, often happening amidst big lifestyle changes in their lives. Many buyers come to me looking for radical changes away from the rat race - peace, tranquility, a change of pace, a move away from more populated areas. I have a soft spot for out of state buyers as I can relate to the lifestyle change that it takes to come here (deep breath, breathe in the fresh air, take in nature, and RELAX!).

This part of the country definitely appeals to a very unique mindset of travelers, old souls and recreational artists.. Before moving to downeast Maine after having met my husband, I grew up an Air Force brat and with a French mother. We lived all over the US and France growing up. Of course, I never lived far from the ocean which is why this area appeals to me so much.

Most of my clients have become friends over time - when you live here, life moves at a different pace and it's very common to run into each other in the grocery store line. A treat for people looking to build new lives and new roots.
